Because the product is digital and access/delivery begins electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered.
If you completed payment but did not receive the purchased product or access instructions, contact mbaplacementlaunch@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide access or process a refund.
Duplicate payments will be reviewed and handled appropriately.
Any approved refund will normally be processed to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.
Because this is a digital product, cancellation requests after delivery are generally not applicable. Contact support promptly if there is a payment or delivery problem.
